For this company, we have provided totally 2 lines.
Include liquid painting line and robot coating system
use overhead conveyor system transfer motors, and do coating process.
According to customer’s workshop, we designed a suitable layout , space usage rate reach 90%.
Robot painting solution, automatic coating.
Automatic pre-treatment system, natural gas heating oven.
Economize on energy- we use waste air from oven to heating the chemical liquid which for pre-treatment system. Also, use camel type oven for curing the powder/paint.
