Cylinder Liquid Coating Line

CHARVIES bulit this project on 2016.

This  customer is the a water tank manufacturer in Turkey.

According to customer’s requirement, we designed an automatic coating line.

Base coating and top coating in one line.

According to customer’s workshop, we designed a suitable layout , space usage rate reach 90%.

Reciprocating machine with 4 pcs IWATA paint gun automatic coating- for whole coating line, only need 3-84workers do load and unload job.

Economize on energy- we use waste air from oven to heating the chemical liquid which for pre-treatment system. Also, use camel type oven for curing the powder/paint.
