Cooker Hood Coating Line

CHARVIES bulit this project on 2015 an 2016.

This  customer is the TOP 1 cooker hood manufacturer in China.

For this company, we have provided totally 4 lines.

Include powder coating line, liquid painting line and cathodic electrophoretic coating line.

For stainless steel materail hood, we use transparent type liquid paint for protect the surface.

For steel material hood, we use powder coating.

According to customer’s workshop, we designed a suitable layout , space usage rate reach 90%.

Robot coating- for whole coating line, only need 6-8 workers do load and unload job.

Economize on energy- we use waste air from oven to heating the chemical liquid which for pre-treatment system. Also, use camel type oven for curing the powder/paint.
